Canada CanadaThe cake did not look like the photo. Also we paid extra to have a message written on the cake, but the writing was not neat. I was told by the receiver that they were not given a call or doorbell ring when the cake was delivered, they just happened to see the package outside.
Hi Deesha, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I have checked your order and reviewed with our delivery team. A person living in the same address was outside at the time. Our staff checked if he knows the recipient, the individual confirmed and let the recipient know. It wasn't expected that the receiver left the cake outside on a 29C day for prolonged period of time. Due to the heat, the chocolate message may have partially melted under the outdoor sun. Our delivery team will review their delivery procedure for future improvement. Superb customer service!! Very quick to respond, follow up, and accommodate all requests. Even went above and beyond to send me a photo of the order/card upon delivery. Extremely timely delivery and was told the cheesecake was delicious!
